'LevelPortal' initiated with a vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Via del Corso. Established by the Bianchi household in 1985, our small-scale, family-managed eatery began with recipes passed on through generations.
Marco Bianchi, our progenitor, mastered pizza craft during her sojourn across Italy, learning from esteemed pizza chefs in Naples—the homeland of pizza. After her arrival in the UK, she aimed to replicate the wonder of classic Italian pizza with tried-and-true methods and top-tier ingredients.
Starting as a cozy 12-seater eatery, we've grown into a cherished community fixture. Despite our growth, our dedication to premium quality and bona fide Italian tradition stands firm. We continue employing wood-fueled ovens, preparing our dough from scratch each day, and seeking out the best ingredients available.
Now under the stewardship of the second generation of the Bianchi lineage, 'LevelPortal' sustains its family roots. While we've integrated contemporary touches, the essence of our establishment remains: crafting delectable, genuine pizza to unite folks.
